Heat beans in a skillet with a splash of olive oil, cumin, and chili powder for 2 to 3 minutes to warm through and develop flavor.
Chop all vegetables including bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, and lettuce. Prepare all toppings including cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado, and cilantro.
