Instructions

  1. Place cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until thickened, then increase speed to medium-high and beat until soft peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes total. Set aside until ready to serve.

  2. Spoon pumpkin into a punch bowl and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Gradually add cider, whisking constantly to combine. Just before serving, stir in ginger beer.

  3. Ladle punch into cups; top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
