My chocolate peanut butter banana bark is an easy frozen treat made with layers of banana, creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and a sprinkle of sea salt. It’s sweet, salty, crunchy, and perfect for keeping in the freezer whenever a snack craving hits.

Instructions
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
Slice the bananas into rounds, then arrange them close together on the parchment paper to form one large rectangle-ish layer. It doesn’t need to look perfect!
Add the peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup and microwave until smooth and pourable, stirring halfway through. Drizzle it over the bananas, then gently spread it into an even layer.
Pop the tray into the freezer for about 30 minutes so everything firms up a bit.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and glossy.
Remove the tray from the freezer and pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt if you’d like.
Freeze again for 20–30 minutes, until fully set, then break into pieces and enjoy!
