This Brunswick Stew is a thick, tomato-based stew made with tender chicken, pulled pork, and a blend of vegetables simmered together in a rich, balanced sauce. It’s a hearty one-pot meal that works well for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients
Instructions
Heat oil or butter in a large Dutch oven or heavy pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until softened.
Stir in shredded chicken, pulled pork, and chicken broth. Mix well.
Add diced tomatoes, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
Stir in corn, lima beans, and diced potatoes.
Bring the stew to a low boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 40–50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and the stew thickens.
Taste and adjust salt or pepper if needed. Let stew sit for 5 minutes before serving to allow it to thicken slightly.
