Ingredients
Instructions
Place a Vietnamese drip coffee filter (phin) over a glass or heatproof container.
Add 2 tablespoons of coarsely ground Vietnamese coffee into the filter.
Gently press the coffee with the filter's press to level it out, but do not compact it tightly.
Pour a small amount of hot water (about 1-2 tablespoons) over the coffee grounds to allow them to bloom for about 30 seconds.
Fill the filter with hot water, ensuring it's filled to the top.
Cover the filter and let the coffee drip slowly into the glass. This can take about 4-5 minutes.
Once the dripping stops, remove the filter.
Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the freshly brewed coffee in the glass.
Stir the coffee and condensed milk together until well blended.
Fill a second glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice. Stir well and enjoy your refreshing Vietnamese Iced Coffee.
