How to Make Pakoras
In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour with turmeric, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, chili powder, and salt. Gradually whisk in water until you achieve a thick, paste-like consistency.
Fold in the grated potato, cauliflower, and onions into the batter. Mix thoroughly, adding in ginger and fresh chilies if desired.
