The chai latte we actually serve: sweetener, weighed chai powder and milk in one pitcher, steamed and emulsified together. No water, no two-stage brewing. 60 seconds.

Ingredients
Instructions
If you are sweetening, put it in the empty pitcher first — it disperses far better before anything else is in there.
Add 1.5 g of Meria Chai per 8 oz of milk. Weigh it on an espresso scale; a teaspoon of a fine powder varies more than you would guess.
Pour in 6-8 oz of cold milk. All of it, straight in. This powder is built for milk; water works but is not what it is for.
Heat and emulsify in one move — an espresso steam wand at the cafe, or a hand mixer, blender or handheld frother at home. Emulsify completely, not gently: the tea dissolves but the ground spices only suspend.
Pour and drink. No sweetener needed — cinnamon and cardamom carry their own sweetness.
