These turkey burgers are juicy, flavorful and so much better than store-bought patties! I've included directions for four cooking methods below: the grill, stove, oven or air fryer, so choose your favorite. Then serve them on burger buns or in lettuce wraps with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Ingredients
Instructions
Place egg, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix with a fork to combine.
Add the ground turkey to the bowl and mix gently with the fork until just combined, being careful to not overwork the meat.
Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties that are about 1/2-inch thick. Press your thumb into the center of each patty to make a slight indentation. This helps to prevent the burgers from puffing up in the center as they cook.
To Cook Turkey Burgers on the Grill:
Freeze turkey burger patties in a single layer in a baking dish lined with parchment paper for 30 minutes to help them hold together on the grill.
Meanwhile, heat an outdoor grill with clean grill grates to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates well to keep the burgers from sticking.
Cook burgers about 5-6 minutes per side until cooked to an internal temperature of 165° F. Do not flip the burgers too early when cooking on the first side or they may fall apart.
To Cook Turkey Burgers on the Stove:
Heat a grill pan or skillet, such as a cast iron skillet, over medium heat. Add about 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and spread it around.
When the pan is hot, place the turkey burger patties in the pan. Cook about 5-6 minutes per side, until cooked to an internal temperature of 165° F. The burgers should release fairly easily from the pan when they are ready to flip to the second side.
To Cook Turkey Burgers in the Oven:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place turkey burger patties on the pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping once after 10 minutes. Turkey burgers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165° F.
To Cook in the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 380° F for 5 minutes. Place burgers in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed). Cook at 380° F for 6 minutes. Then flip them over and cook for 5-7 more minutes, until they are cooked through. Burgers should be cooked to 165° F in the center.
