Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until just done, about 4โ5 minutes.
Push chicken to the side, add carrots, bell pepper and cabbage; stir-fry 2โ3 minutes.
Add noodles, bean sprouts and sauce; toss to combine and heat through.
Stir in green onions, season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.
Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
