Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing until smooth.
Stir in shredded chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Spread mixture into baking dish. Top with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for extra crisp.
Slow Cooker:
Prepare mixture as above.
Transfer to 2–3 qt slow cooker. Top with remaining cheese.
Cook on LOW 1.5–2 hours or HIGH 45–60 mins. Stir occasionally.
Switch to WARM and stir to keep hot during serving.
Air Fryer:
Combine dip ingredients as above.
Transfer to an oven-safe dish that fits in air fryer. Top with remaining cheese.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
