Chicken Korma

<p>For this recipe, you will need a Kenwood food processor.</p>

Attach the thick slicing disc to the food processor and slice the garlic, onion and red pepper.</p>

Add some water to the spices to make a paste.</p>

Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat.</p>

Add the onion, garlic and spices, cook until the vegetables are cooked.</p>

Then add the coconut milk, double cream, ground almonds and the sugar.</p>

Simmer for 5 minutes.</p>

Take off the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.</p>

Attach the knife blade to the food processor.</p>

Place the contents into the food processor and process until the sauce is smooth.</p>

Skin the chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.</p>

Place the chicken breasts into a saucepan.</p>

Add the sauce and the sliced peppers.</p>

Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.</p>

Chop the coriander in the food processor and sprinkle on top, serve with rice.</p>
