In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth to create a uniform batter without lumps.
Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Pour the blended batter onto the pan, spreading it out evenly into a flat, thin layer.
Evenly sprinkle oregano on top of the batter to add herbal flavor and a bit of aroma to the flatbread before baking.
