Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon wheel or zest.
Lemon Infused Vodka Instructions
With a vegetable peeler or zester, zest the lemons.
Add zest to vodka and seal tightly.
Wait 3-4 weeks, shaking and tasting periodically.
When it tastes ready, fine strain and store in your freezer or in a cool, dry place.
